Terms & Conditions

By booking travel with a Wishlist Travel Collective advisor, I acknowledge that in calculating the cost of the tour or trip, Wishlist Travel Collective has relied on my consent to these terms below and on their enforceability. In the absence of my agreement to these terms, Wishlist Travel Collective would be unable to offer these services.

Submission of this form allows my chosen Wishlist Travel Advsior and Wishlist Travel Collective to contact you by email and phone. 


Terms of Booking

Your submission for a quote agrees that you understand that a booking is not final until a deposit is paid and applied. Deposits must be submitted prior to 5pm est daily. A trip is not secured without a paid deposit and confirmation email. Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to you submitting the deposit and deposit being applied. Submission of this form does not confirm a booking is final until a confirmation email has been sent by my advisor at Wishlist Travel Collective. 


Office Hours

Beginning January 1, 2023, my office hours are 9am-2:30pm EST Monday-Friday.  Any requests received outside of these hours will be responded to within 24-48 business hours. Please note: My in-destination clients have 24/7 access to me.   Priority will be given to clients who have a scheduled time to chat. Hours are subject to change per advisor.



Changes and Cancellations are subject to resort/hotel/airline fees, and travel insurance. Wishlist Travel Collective assumes no liability for costs incurred due to changes and cancellations. 



Passports must be valid for 6 months after your planned return to the United States. You may be denied travel if your passport expires within this time frame. Also, if you have anything on your personal record that may prohibit you to visiting another country, please let me know prior to booking. Upon booking, you agree to these terms, and will be responsible for all costs associated with Passport and Entry Issues should they arise. 


Travel Insurance

The investment in Travel Insurance is encouraged and a waiver must be signed if declined. 


Covid -19

Your Wishlist Travel Advisor is not legally liable for costs incurred for changes or COVID-19.


WISHLIST TRAVEL COLLECTIVE (herein "WTC") is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by WTC (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). WTC, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members. Risks, Cancellations and Insurance Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases WTC from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. It is the passenger’s responsibility to have proper passports or government issued IDs where permitted. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), (404) 332-4559 or log on to For passport and Visa requirements check WISHLIST TRAVEL COLLECTIVE shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, local laws, terrorists acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, hotel services, accidents or health related problems before or while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside WTC control. It is the traveler’s responsibility to protect their purchases and Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through WTC regarding travel insurance. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.



I have requested that WISHLIST TRAVEL COLLECTIVE (“Agency”) make one or more travel bookings on my behalf. As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which Agency has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event. Moreover, I understand that should I elect to purchase travel insurance, the terms of the policy will dictate whether, and to what extent, coverage for any financial loss may exist under the circumstances. By signing below, I hereby agree to hold Agency harmless and release it from any and all liability for any damages, including but not limited to monetary losses, I may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation of these travel plans.

Vaccination Requirements and Other Rules: We have no responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as required vaccinations, health affidavit forms, COVID-19 screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, or quarantines. For the latest COVID-19 government travel regulations, we recommend going to IATA’s website at For the latest travel supplier requirements, check the website of each supplier, and keep checking because these rules are constantly changing, and we are not responsible for those changes.

By filling out this payment form and clicking submit, you acknowledge that you've agreed to and signed our Terms of Service Agreement and the COVID-19 Travel Waiver above. 

Card Holder Authorization: By submitting this form I, the above-named authorized credit card holder, give Wishlist Travel Collective and its representatives authorization to charge my credit card. I understand that this form constitutes a legally binding contract and that by affixing my signature to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon charges as well as any and all collection and legal fees. This credit card is authorized for charges noted above and additional charges will be approved by me before processing. By signing this "Credit Card Authorization" form, I/my organization acknowledge receipt and understanding of its contents, including all terms. 

 NOTE: Your card will not be automatically charged by completing this form & will be processed by the agency; however completing and submitting this form does give our company the right to charge the card on file for the amount stated above, along with any other amounts you give in writing (hand, email, text, etc.) to the agent to finalize any/all details of your trip.  This card will also be used when accessing or creating your My Disney Experience or any other Supplier account to secure dining, purchase Photo Packages, Spa Treatments, Tee Time, or any other components as requested & approved by the client, unless you indicate "No" in the above questionnaire.  All Arrangements secured with this card are subject to a cancellation fee if reservation is a NO-Show & not cancelled within the Supplier's Cancellation Terms & Conditions for the particular Reservation (Resort, Dining, Activity, Etc.)
